General

Your details and files will be SSL encrypted both to and from your browser. They are also saved fully encrypted in our database and on our servers.

No problem! Click the link on the login page that says ‘forgotten password’, you will be sent a link to reset. If you are still having trouble, contact one of our advisers.

You can view click on your profile and click on the membership options button. Or hover over your icon in the top left and the second one down will list your membership.

Horse Transporter

You can view the latest backloads in the table on our homepage. In order to view more details, you will need to be logged in. If you don’t have a login, follow the instructions on our sign up page.

That’s great! You can only submit 10 backloads as you originally signed up with a ‘starter’ account which allows a maximum of 10 backload postings.

In order to post more, you need to upgrade your account. You can do this in your Hub, or give one of our advisers a call and they can help.

Once logged in you can view the membership options in your profile. You can also upgrade your membership here.

Horse Owners

We do our best to follow up with all new transporters who sign up to the site, ensuring they fill out all of the details (DEFRA numbers etc). Users, however, always have the right to not cooperate with other users. Naturally we take complaints about one of our users very seriously. We will examine them and we will delete accounts of users who abuse our platform.

No, our system is built in a way that you can enter regions, provinces or even countries. The actual address of the location of your journey doesn’t have to be communicated via a journey post. You will however, need to give the exact location to the Transporter whose bid you have accepted.
